Arnaud Desclèves graduated from HEC and has a DEA in private law. As a lawyer (Paris bar), he specializes in tax issues and M&A. He worked in international law firms for six years.
From1996 to 2002, he was in charge of the legal aspects of BNP's merchant banking activities, then of legal questions related to development after the merger with Paribas.

Jean-Yves Hémery graduated from the Ecole Nationale des Impôts in 1983 and has a graduate degree in economics.
After working for government tax authorities for seven years, he moved to Pechiney in 1990, then to the WENDEL Group in 1993.

Jean-Michel Ropert (*)
Aged 41


Jean-Michel Ropert has a degree in finance and accounting. He joined the Group in 1989. He oversees accounting and the Group's consolidation.


Communication


Anne-Lise Bapst(*)
Aged 44


She is a graduate of the Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris, and has a graduate degree (DEA) in Finance. She also holds a SFAF degree.
Anne-Lise Bapst was in charge of Corporate Communications at the ABN-Amro France group (Banque de Financement et d’Investissement and Banque Privée Neuflize OBC) since 2000; she held the same position at the Commission des Opérations de Bourse, which she joined in 1989



Gérard Lamy (*)
Aged 56


Gérard Lamy graduated from HEC and holds a degree in advanced accounting. He is a member of SFAF.
From 1980 to 1984, Gérard Lamy was a financial analyst at UAP. In 1985, he went to work at Compagnie de Suez, first in a management position in the Finance division, then in 1991 as Sub-Director in the Investment division, in charge of investments in Portugal. From 1994 to 1999, he worked in marketing at the Banque Indosuez.

Jean-Michel Mangeot, 45, is an agrégé de Lettres Classiques and a graduate of l'Institut d’Etudes Politiques de Paris, l’Ecole Normale Supérieure and l’Ecole Nationale d’Administration. After having worked from 1988 to 1992 in the Budget department of the Finance Ministry, he joined the AGF Group, where he was successively Deputy to the Director of Financing and Equity Investments (1993-1996), Director of Shareholding and Financial Communication (1996-1998), and since June 1998, General Secretary. Since 2001, he was also Chairman and CEO of Protexia, AGF La Lilloise and Carène. As General Secretary, he is in charge of the Group's legal affairs and corporate governance, compliance, securities services, human resources, support functions and information system.
