Patrick Tanguy
Patrick Tanguy
Managing Director, in charge of operational support

Having graduated from HEC in 1983, Patrick Tanguy began his career at Bain & Co. in 1984, where he was made partner in 1990. In 1991, he joins Strafor-Facom, where he is successively nominated as Director of Sales and Markeing of Steelcase Strafor and subsequently CEO of Airborne. 

He becomes CEO of DAFSA in 1993 and then President in 1996. Having acted as President of the “Courrier-Express” division of the Hays Group in France for a year, Patrick Tanguy assumes the Presidency of the Technal group in Toulouse from 1999 to 2004.

Before joining Wendel in 2007, Patrick acts first as President of the Monné-Decroix company in Toulouse and then of the Prezioso Technilor in Lyon. Patrick joined Wendel as Managing Director in September 2007 and is a member of both the Investment and the Management Committees.

Senior Director

Polytechnique, Corps des Ponts et Chaussées, DEA (Masters degree) from the graduate schools Normale Supérieure and HEC, she joined Wendel in 2007 after starting her career at the Ministry of Finances. Stephanie has participated in the Wendel investment in Deutsch, IHS and Constantia Flexibles. She is a Director of IHS.

Claude de Raismes

Senior Associate

Claude de Raismes is currently Associate in the investment team at Wendel. He started his career in 2007 working as an analyst at UBS Investment Bank in London in Global Syndicated Finance, where he participated, in particular, in LBO financing. 

Prior to this experience, he worked in financial audit at Deloitte in Paris. Claude de Raismes graduated from HEC and has a Master of Arts in French language from the Sorbonne. He speaks French, English and German.

Grégoire Béraud

Grégoire Béraud joined Wendel in 2016 as Analyst in the investment team in Paris. Grégoire graduated from Ecole Polytechnique. He also holds a Master in Finance from Princeton University and followed a dual program with HEC.
While studying in Princeton, Grégoire worked in Venture Capital for Prado Capital in New York. He had previously interned at HSBC in Paris in the Equity Capital Markets team.

Jérôme Michiels

Chief Financial Officer

Jérôme Michiels was appointed Chief Financial Officer as of October 1st, 2015. He is member of Wendel's Management Committee and Investment Committee with voting rights. 
 

Jérôme Michiels is a graduate of HEC. After a year at MacDonald’s France as General Secretary of the Executive Committee, Jérôme Michiels worked as a consultant in the Boston Consulting Group from 1999 to 2002, carrying out strategic missions in Europe, particularly in the fields of distribution, transport, telecommunications and finance. He was a chargé d’affaires with the investment fund BC Partners for four years. He was named Director of Equity Investments at Wendel Investissement in November 2006. Member of the Investment Committee.

Benoît Drillaud
Deputy CFO

Benoit Drillaud joined the Wendel Finance Department in September 2004 after five years at PricewaterhouseCoopers as an auditor. He is a graduate of a Master of Finance from ESCP and a DEA in Economy of the University Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne. He leads the financial and accounting team under the responsibility of Jérôme Michiels

Alain Muterel joined Wendel in 2007 as Consolidation Manager. As Accounting Manager since 2013, he is in charge of the supervision of the social accounts and the consolidation of the Group.
Graduate of a Higher Certificate of Accounting, he began his career in accounting firms and then in the audit department of Mazars. He then became Account Manager at Allied-Signal and then in the Canadian classified advertising group Trader Classified Media, where he became Consolidation Manager in 1996.

Cecile Poiraud joined the Wendel Financial Department in 2013 as a Consolidation Manager.
 

After graduating from Sup de CO Reims, Cecile joined PwC as an auditor. In 2008 she joined the Louis Dreyfus Commodities group. She integrated the Singapore financial team and was responsible for reporting and consolidation of the Asia-Pacific region. Upon her return to Paris, she worked with the group’s consolidation team and was in charge of Asia-Pacific, Middle East and Africa regions.

Treasurer
 As a Treasurer, Henri Martinet is in charge of the follow-up of financing, derivatives, treasury investments and cash flow management and also has the responsibility for the calculation of the net asset value (NAV) and the follow-up of financial risks.

At Wendel since 2009, he was in charge of the financial control until 2013. He is graduated from NEOMA Business School (formerly ESC Reims / Reims Business School).

Nabil Bennis
Valuation Officer
Nabil Bennis joined the Wendel Finance team in Paris as a Valuation Officer, in July 2017.
Nabil graduated from Audencia with a Master in Management and a specialization in Corporate Finance. During his studies, he took advantage of an exchange program at Boston University and interned at Société Générale, Vulcain and Rothschild, mainly in M&A.
After graduating in 2013, he worked for Sorgem Evaluation and Deloitte Finance, first as Valuation Consultant and then as Junior Manager Valuation.

Director of financial communication

At Wendel since 2007, Olivier Allot has been Deputy Head of Investor Relations until 2013. He started his career in 1996 at SBF Bourse de Paris. He was spokesperson for four years, and then became Investor Relations Officer until 2007. 

He contributed actively to the merger of the Stock Exchanges of Paris, Amsterdam, Brussels and Lisbon, and also to the merger of Euronext and the NYSE. Mr. Allot graduated from the Sorbonne, has a master’s degree in Banking, Finance and Insurance, a master’s degree in Management and administration, and holds the CEFA and SFAF diplomas.

Investor Relations Officier

Elisa Muntean joined in July 2014 the Directorate of financial communication Wendel. Within the team, Elisa contributes to the application of the financial communication and investor relations strategy under Olivier Allot’s responsibility. 

She was Senior financial auditor at Ernst & Young since 2011. Elisa graduated a MSc in Finance and a MSc in Management from Grenoble Business School.

Director of Communications and Sustainable Development

Christine Anglade-Pirzadeh was appointed Director of Communications and Sustainable Development in October 2011. Member of Wendel's Management Committee.

Christine Anglade-Pirzadeh was Director of Communication of the French Financial Markets Authority’s (AMF) which she joined in 2000. She was Policy Officer with the French Prime Minister's Office (Direction des Media) from 1998 to 2000. She began her career in the editorial staff of la Correspondance de la Presse.

Christine Anglade-Pirzadeh holds a Master in European and International Law (Paris I) and a Master Degree in Communication law (Paris II).

Communication Manager

Within the communication team, Caroline Decaux will contribute to the application of the communication strategy under Christine Anglade Pirzadeh’s direct responsibility.

She was previously senior consultant in corporate and financial communication at Publicis Consultants since 2009.

Bérengère Beaujean joined Wendel in 2017 as a Communication Officer.
She began her career in a insurance company, subsidiary of Groupama.

Peter Meredith joined WENDEL as Group Tax Director in March 2013. He is a member of Wendel's Management Committee.

Peter has notably worked within national and international corporate tax departments throughout his career, as Tax Director of the GTM Group (1989-2000), then of Capgemini (2000-2005), and finally as Tax Director of the Bouygues Construction Group.

Sébastien Willerval  began his career in the Legal and fiscal department of BNP in 1998 before leaving for Ernst & Young Corporate Finance from 1999 to 2002.

Sebastian Willerval holds a DESS (French equivalent of Master degree) in Business and Tax Law from the University of Paris I Panthéon Sorbonne and a Master’s degree in private law - commercial and taxation law from the University Paris II Panthéon-Assas.

Antoine Stosskopf joined the Wendel’s legal department in 2015 as legal counsel. Antoine assists in M&A and financial operations. 
Previously, he worked with the legal team of Danone for 3 years and did internships with different law firms, notably Shearman & Sterling, and in companies such as L’Oréal.
Antoine graduated with a CAPA degree, a French-British law degree, an LMM in International Business Law (University of Exeter - UK) and a Master’s degree in Business Law.

Caroline Bertin Delacour, who joined Wendel in 2009 as Head of the Legal Department, is promoted General Counsel. She is in charge of governance, compliance and litigation. She remains Ethics Officer and Secretary of the Supervisory Board and its Committees. She is also a member of Wendel's Management Committee.

As an attorney, she practiced tax law for 10 years with the firm Cleary Gottlieb, then 10 years in mergers and acquisitions at August & Debouzy, where she became partner in 2002. Caroline Bertin Delacour is co-author of "Highs and Lows of Modern Finance" (2013) and author of "Sovereign Wealth Funds: these new actors of the global economy" (2009).

Registered at the Paris Bar between 1990 and 2009, she holds a Master’s in Business Law from the University Paris II Panthéon-Assas, a Master in Taxation from the University Paris V René Descartes and an LLM from New York University.

As a lawyer in Corporate and Stock Exchange law, Delphine worked with the Corporate Secretary at Dexia, then became Vice-President in the Investment Bank of Credit Agricole (CA-CIB) and worked as a consultant for large companies in the French leading business Association (Association nationale des sociétés par actions).
 

She graduated from Sciences-Po Paris (1990) and Paris II-Assas University in Business law and Tax (1993).

Aziz joined the Group in 1994 as Senior Accountant and IT Manager of Marine-Wendel. 

He holds a university and technical degree in computer science, a Master’s degree in applied computer science in the corporate environment, and a diploma in accounting and financial studies (DECF).

Stanis joined Wendel in 2008 as IT project manager.

Previously he worked as a network engineer and project manager at Point Sys. Stanis holds a diploma in Software engineering.

Human Resources Director

Marie-Hélène Dorat joined Wendel in February 2009 as Compensation and Benefits Manager. 

Prior to Wendel, she worked for 15 years in various fields of finance. In 1997, she moved into Human Resources, first at Crédit Agricole Indosuez and then in different international consulting firms, including Aon Hewitt and Right Management.

She is a graduate of ESC Rouen (Neoma BS).

Melanie joined Wendel in 2008 as a payroll manager. She is currently responsible for payroll and social reporting for France.

Melanie began her career in accounting firms including Deloitte. She holds a bachelor in HR.
Fabienne Porquier

Human Resources Manager
Fabienne Porquier joined Wendel in 2003. She is responsible for managing employee share ownership and savings plans. She also works as human resources support to Luxembourg and Morocco offices. 

Fabienne began her career in human resources at Aérospatiale, before joining the human resources department at Umicore France in 1990, where she spent nearly 13 years working successively first as the manager of personnel administration and then as payroll manager at the head office in Bagnolet. 
She holds a post-graduate degree in Business Administration from the IAE in Poitiers and a Master’s in Applied Foreign Languages (English and Spanish).

Laurent Rousselot joined the Human Resources team as a Human Resources Generalist in 2016. 

Laurent holds a Master in Management with a specialization in HR from SKEMA Business School. Before joining Wendel, he spent one year in Lagos, Nigeria working for Saipem – branch of ENI – at their HR headquarters.
