Anne-Sophie Kerfant, 54, worked for 30 years in international law firms, where she acquired cross-disciplinary tax expertise.<\/p>\n<p>Before joining Wendel, Ms. Kerfant worked at Shearman &amp; Sterling for 13 years, then joined Orrick Rambaud Martel in 2007, where she became a Partner in 2009.
