Simultaneously, Allied Universal has entered into an agreement whereby CDPQ will provide up to approximately $400 million to support the Company\u2019s growth strategy and acquisition plans.<\/p>\n<p>Following the transaction, Wendel will retain an approximately 18% ownership stake in Allied Universal. <em>Pro forma<\/em> for the transaction, CDPQ will become the largest shareholder in Allied Universal.
