Wendel will reinvest \u20ac125 million in equity alongside the new management team.<\/p>\n<p>The new equity contributed by Wendel will strengthen Cromology\u2019s financial structure, in particular by lightning its debt burden through the early repayment of \u20ac75 million in senior debt.
