Direct registered portfolio

As a direct registered shareholder of Wendel, you are eligible for special services: a website dedicated to management of your portfolio as well as a hotline, fast access to information and easier transmission of orders.

Viewing and managing your direct registered portfolio

To view and manage your direct registered accounts, Société Générale – Securities Services offers:

Nomilia

A voice server for consulting your portfolio by telephone, accessible in six languages, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

You can use this voice server for the following puroposes:

  • be connected with a teleoperator for information Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (French time);
  • obtain the balance and the most recent activity in your securities account;
  • obtain personalized information;
  • send orders.

Sharinbox

Available in six languages, the website allows you to:

  •  view the activity and balance of your securities account;
  • download information and account management documents;
  • send stock exchange orders and track their execution;
  • view the voting rights attached to your shares;
  • communicate with Société Générale via messaging;
  • change your personal details (bank details, postal address).

 

Connecting to SHARINBOX

You have already activated your account: You have activated your Sharinbox account by setting up a login email address as your username. To log in, click on the “Log in” button after clicking on “Access your account” and enter your login email address and the password you set when activating your account.

You have not yet activated your account: Your access code (8 digits) appears on the access code letter sent to you by mail (you can also find this information on your SGSS statements received before June 24, 2022). Your password (6 digits) was sent to you by mail or email when you first contacted SGSS, and you had to personalize it when you first logged in. If you do not have this information, go to Sharinbox and click on “Activate your account” on the home screen, then on the “Forgotten password” or “Forgotten access code” link, and follow the procedure indicated.

Mail

You can also send your orders to Société Générale using a paper form, by mail to: Société Générale Securities Services SGSS/SBO/ISS/RSC 32, rue du Champ-de-Tir – CS 30812 – 44308 Nantes Cedex 3.

Note

In order to send you your payments, Société Générale must have (i) your bank details and (ii) proof of your identity and address. Please remember to provide and/or update this information.
